take san diego state whatever the half time spread is
sorry, last question, I promise: what would be an example of betting a bad line or past posting? I'm unfamiliar.
ah, that's why I couldn't bet on the Wolves game - cuz of Love's injury.Breh, don't apologize. I don't mind helping somebody out. Bad lines are lines that are clearly incorrect. Like if the spread of a game was like -10 in favor of the Spurs playing the Nuggets and news breaks that Tim Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili are sitting, most books will take that line down the line.
Some books move slower than others. If the book you're at is slow, you can still bet the Nuggets and get them at +10 when the line should really be lower.
If you bet a shyt ton of money on a bad line that they were slow to move or incorrectly put up, they will see that as you taking a shot, and most books don't like shot takers.
5Dimes is notorious for putting up bad lines whether on purpose or accidental and they can be ruthless with your money if you try and take a shot at them.
Past posting is betting a line that shouldn't be up because a contest started.
It would be like betting a game that for some reason is still up even though it started 10 minutes or 2 minutes before. Some books do that by accident.
That's another major violation in the eyes of a book.
As long as you bet on a contest before it starts, you should be totally fine.
Those things rarely happen though so I wouldn't worry about it

You were on point about bovada having a fresh interface. Especially compared to the other sites.
Didn't bet but there's absolutely no way Eric Lewis isn't fixing these games.....If you saw what happened at the end of the Sacramento/Toronto game you know what I mean.
