and my fellow marylander @L&HH whether you're betting real money or not you should check this tool out. It's a no bullshyt MLB contest. Games will be loaded into the database first thing tomorrow around noon so if you register you can make your picks around that time.
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 bettors within every 7 day cycle. So the cycle begins tomorrow.

These guys are building a sports analytics website that's going to give us more detailed consensus data. Essentially, rather than using the consensus generated by sportsbooks on sites like oddshark or vegasinsider, this is going to be entirely user-generated data.
it will have over 15 different kinds of data organization across major pro sports. The goal is isolate spots where people are weak and strong. Essentially you can use it to see where you're good at picking, fade the worst bettors in certain situations, and you can tail the sharpest bettors.
It has a lot of different capabilities, but it's too early to know for sure just how effective it will be.

A few other guys are plugging the site on some other places like covers, pregame, cappersmall, etc.
If you're in the top 3 at the end of a 7 day cycle, you can receive winnings via money order or paypal.
Remember, the primary incentive is to start building data to work with, hence the contest to incentivize people to participate.
Games will be loaded into the database around noontime on July 17th (today/tomorrow depending on your time zone of the time of this post)
Once you sign up and see games, you can pick whatever you see that's loaded on the board. Only moneyline picks at this point, but I'm sure totals will eventually be added into the system.
