I just watched iowa state blow a 14 pt lead last night in the final 3 mins of a game. other team scored 23 points in those final 3 mins including a MEANINGLESS basket with .6 seconds left on the game clock to cover the spread. im pissed

I couldn't really tell you breh. I bet on things that have meaning, where every point counts in the end. In tennis, if you don't win you're eliminated. In boxing, if you don't try you get knocked the fukk out. In soccer, that one point or 0 point might mean qualifying for something, or getting relegated (which is why you see almost OD passion from fans even in the shyttiest games)

I hate spread stuff and almost never play it but yes, you're dealing with college amateurs that aren't the best in the first place even if they are trying 100%, and is that 1 loss gonna affect their season? No not really, you still have your rank and conference tournament.. it's basically fact fukkery will happen once in a while, goes with the territory

and yes, 100% games are fixed, dudes are trying to get paid and it doesn't really hurt their season especially in this case if its a blowout
