Aroma therapy...

Get a diffuser and some authentic lavender oil. I use Plant Therapy | Buy & Learn about Essential Oil Products for my essential oils. shyt will have you sleeping like a baby :ahh:

lavender only for the bedroom. Use tea tree, eucalyptus, lemon or whatever for everywhere else in the crib. The ones I listed have other benefits outside of just smelling good but a lot of other oils do too.

The oils have health benefits as well compare to the other options and bytches love it.

I use Yankee Candles in other rooms (its all anyone gets me 4 xmas)
But for the bedroom
I prefer essential oils (lavender) or frankincense and myrrh burned on charcoal because I fell asleep with the candle burning 2 many times

Basically in I think 2013 when there was a power cut in NYC
We were using candles
And about 4 of us fell asleep on my Grandma bed.
I had a strange dream and woke up to see that a Teddy bear had fallen off the bed onto her side dresser and caught fire.

All 4 of us would have been gone that day so I steer clear from candles in bedrooms

I only use beeswax candles. They actually help to purify the air.
