For such a classic diss record, lets talk about how trash "Hit Em Up" is

it's a classic for sure, and maybe other than Ether, prolly the quintessiental rap diss track...but outside of Pac's very first couple of bars it's actually pretty garbage all things considered...as a song and as a "diss"...with the obvious exception of Pac's claiming to have smashed Faith and his sh!t talking at the end, there's not really a lot there other than the of saying their names on wax..and of course the Outlaws were garbage as always...when compared to other west coast disses like Dollaz and Sense or No Vaseline it's kinda lacking
