A true slugger :mjlit:

Dude was looking good today, he threw them hands with vicious intentions, poor Cook, I felt those body shots even just watching it

Munguia is a thug

I would love to see Hurd vs Charlo and then the winner vs Munguia for all the belts

As I see it Canelo has to mix 2 things to win

When he was better than GGG in the first fight was usually when they exchanged blows in the middle of the ring and when he was moving laterally making Golovkin miss and countering. If he can mix up these 2 things and draw Golovkin in his direction, box him a little then step in exchange a little, hug and reset he has a good chance of winning it.
If he doesn't let his hands go enough and doesn't realize that it was a bad idea to go to the ropes against Golovkin even if he's usually comfortable at the ropes he probably gonna lose.
If he moves then exchanges in the middle then hugs to reset he can make the rhythm of the fight staggered too and won't gas as much as if he would always just move or always exhange. Very different styles but interestingly I think if he would do a strategy similar to what Porter did against Swift last weekend he would have a good chance of winning.

Other way to beat GGG like pressure guys is to force them to go backwards and not be on the front foot where they are truly comfortable. GGG sometimes did nice as a boxer too though but it's easy to be the "boxer" against someone like Lemieux who doesn't have a lot of tools to come at you if you have a good jab. I'm thinking about how Sor beat Chocolatito especially the rematch. He just blasted through him forced him to stand or go backwards, didn't give him forward momentum. But that's something Canelo can't do cause he is neither physically stronger nor a bigger puncher than GGG. So he should stick with the mixture of boxing from the outside + swift exchanges in the pocket.
