Out here in California, the weed is cheaper. Like..way cheaper. It's stronger - stuff like wax or oils, etc are I think 2x as strong. And how much you're allowed to buy increases exponentially with a card (like, 1oz a day vs 8oz ) also, I can grow up to 99 plants of my own for 'personal use'.
As for the OP, iono breh, I got my shyt online, was approved within minutes and had the paperwork (prescription) emailed to me within the hour. Only thing I had to wait on was the physical card which wasn't really needed with a valid ID and the script anyway.
I think - out here anyway - you have to go to a doctor who specializes in MMJ. You usually say something like you're having trouble sleeping or winding down at night - which was actually true in my case and for a lot of other folk. Other 'symptoms' you can give are loss of appetite, anxiety, depression, headaches/migraines. Basically any sort of ailment which - logically - weed would help with.
