What do yall usually eat on your diet?
I wanted to know if yall are very strict with your diets or do you have more leeway.
One thing I really want to be able to add in is drinks with sugar.
I don't not like water much, diet drinks, or stevia.
I'm trying to find ways to have more of what I want but still lose weight?
So do any of you guys have things you enjoy in your diet that u shouldn't have and still lose weight ?
Or do you just keep it pretty strict?
