For my calories in calories out people

What do yall usually eat on your diet?

I wanted to know if yall are very strict with your diets or do you have more leeway.

One thing I really want to be able to add in is drinks with sugar.

I don't not like water much, diet drinks, or stevia.

I'm trying to find ways to have more of what I want but still lose weight?

So do any of you guys have things you enjoy in your diet that u shouldn't have and still lose weight ?

Or do you just keep it pretty strict?

You can eat what you like if you're willing to do the cardio to burn it off. If not, you gotta sacrifice what your tastebuds want in order for you to get the body you want.

I just pay attention to two things: Calories in vs calories out (At least a 500 calorie daily deficit) and grams of protein. I try to get at least 150 grams of protein a day.
I try to eat light early in my day (protein shake, eggs, etc. really trying to focus on high protein foods) so I'm left with around 1000 calories once dinner time comes and I can eat what I want even dessert sometimes.
For me, the first thing I realized was that I needed to get rid of drinks with calories (soda, juices, etc.) because they are empty calories.
Also the more you workout, the more calories you can add that day.

First thing, if you want to loose weight or simply stay in shape.... you got to be strict with your diet. By strict i mean, know what you are going to eat and how much of it. This involves constant meal prep. With junk food on damn near every corner, meal prepping is KEY.

as far as leeway....

If your diet consist of a NEED to consider "leeway", you probably have the wrong diet. No diet should necessarily be non enjoyable. If it is, theres a good chance you wont stick to it long term. There will be too many "cheat days" and eventually a falling off the diet.

Its possible to have a diet that is enjoyable with things you like. I have one. Anyone can. You just have to be reasonable. For example, if you enjoy twinkies, cupcakes, pizza & shyt, something has to give. You have to make sacrifices. Those things are mostly bad for your overall health anyway and you shouldn't want them. Overcome those cravings. That said, in the real world OF COURSE there are some cheat days. But they need to be deserved because of how strict and consistent one has been on their particular already enjoyable diet.

I usually play ball 6 or more hours a week.

Full or half court is usually 2-4 hours.

I just eat 2 much I guess or not lift weights enough.

How that sound?



How much cardio you plan to do?

Yeah I eat just like that. I like big meals late.

And I plan on doing a plan like that.

You hate water?
Get over it...you need to drink water.

With that said...I eat once a day (I just dont like eating during the day).
So I dont really worry about calories.

Sparkling soda has no calories...

My diet is salads,double cheeseburgers with fries,bagels,smoothies,chicken...

When the body is begging for sugar and carbs, its ice cream cake and Dunkin donuts that gets added
