I don't think it should be legalized, I think it should be decriminalized though, kind of like how Amsterdam did it for a minute til it got some crazy idea that people were coming to Amsterdam because of it's rich culture and canals and started trying to pull back.



Decriminalize it, allow despensiries and shyt, punish heavily the people who sell it to kids, and punish heavily those who commit crimes under the influence, so we don't have any dumbasses saying that the weed made em do it.

Also if there is 'negative tourism' from it being legalized, you have to realize that the USA is a huge fukking country right? It's not like w/ Amsterdam, all those dumb stoner tourists packed into one place.

I don't know how it really works in CA or CO or any of the other states but I know you can still get bagged there.
