I own and operate an internet radio station called BYNKRadio.com . We play dope underground and emerging artist in rotation with the major artists with the biggest buzz. We also Interview Artists, Cover Concerts, and have a dope Podcast called Gubmint Name featuring two guys discussing the topics of the day in a completely uncensored way.

We are please to announce we have a new podcast designed to address Black People in relationships called Black.Married.Fly. featuring me and my wife Candace DeNea.

We talk about how our marriage works, why we think marriages often go south, a man's role in a relationship compared to a woman's role, how to get your money right in a relationship, and a bunch of other stuff.

How does somebody "hold you down"?

They pay your bills/cook your food/sleep with you on demand? That's "holding you down"?

I could see if you were broke and they stuck around and helped pay for things or you were in a rut and they picked up the slack. But if you're on top of your game, how does another person "hold you down"?
