Breh thats the issue. No other player gets hit like the QB does. How many times a game does a LB, DB, OL, DL get hit. Reckless defensive players can go around doing all kinds crazy/dumb shyt with no repercussions the way you guys would have it.

A RB gets it far more than a QB does and it's not even close thus the reason why they barely average 5 year careers which goes back to my point: Either protect EVERYONE or NOONE.

That's not what he meant by getting hit "like" a QB. RBs certainly take a greater beating, as do guys in the trenches.

QBs face a unique risk in that they're just standing there, so they're more susceptible to catastrophic hits. "Protect everyone or protect no one " is a silly mantra. Should we lift the bans on hitting kickers too?

The rules for QBs are too stringent, but there does need to be special rules for them.

  • If the bytch has pads on then you should be able to hit him like everyone else that has pads on
  • If the bytch is on the field the you should be able to hit him just like everyone else that's on the field
  • If the bytch is a football player then you should be able to hit him like any football player

I dont look at positions. I look at players, people so I still stand by my "protect everyone or protect noone" comment.

It's the same way I oppose stricter penalties for two people who commit the same crime but get different sentences. I understand that my stance on this is inconsiderate BUT if there is one this I'm a stickler for it's equality and treating all others the same which is why since I wont tolerate a white man calling me nikka i wont call another black man nikka. Just an example so you understand where I'm coming from

OK. Well it's a good thing you don't actually have any say here, cuz you're clueless.

:scusthov: watching a bunch of back-up corner backs is worse.

No extra protection for the Qbs, good Qbs hide flaws, front office get lazy and put shyt on the field. :manny:

THE..........WORST!!!

The drop off from a good corner to his backup may be the largest gap out of all positions.

I'm a stickler for treating everyone as equally as possible when it comes to sports, business or justice so you wont convince me otherwise. We'll just agree to disagree.

I'd rather totally soften the whole game to barely any contact at all before i condone giving special treatment to one or two players.

Brady would still be a backup

Injuries are apart of the game :manny:

And eh, great qbs with fast releases that can pick up blitzes barely get hit.

Yup

Alot of back up qbs are great, it's just they go in an the offensive co ordinatir then commits to the run game and a smaller playbook .

And I agree about Cornerbacks it's always why when a shutdown cb gets injured and some backup guy comes on right away the qb is testing him
