they dont even have to remember the whole thing depending on the position. the play name tells you what you're doing. after you get that down you're good. plus they got all offseason and practices to learn it. but that's also what makes these guys great

One thing I do know about the Pat's basic offensive concepts is that a receive has several more decisions to make than in most offenses.

A single play call can have the receiver choosing from 5 different adjustments based on the coverage he sees.

Its why Branch got pulled back in. Brady needs to know that when he switches to a play at the line, the receivers have to switch not only the base route from the play call switch, but then read the D and chose the correct route adjustment.
