Agreed with this - Spike Dudley was a genetic freak - if you watch his shoot interview majority of those bumps NEVER hurt him and he didn't have a problem with them. Most people are not built like that. Some of the worse ones he did he says "weren't that bad" and he's perfectly healthy today. Majority of guys are not.
