Well congrats you're starting at 100,000 instead of 89,000. Sounds pretty sweet if u ask me

they shoot up police stations and kill cops pretty frequently in the bay even in the smaller cities like vallejo and fairfield im coo on that...

thats the whole point of them starting so high, no one wants that shyt :bryan:

Anybody who wouldn't is either already making six figures or is an idiot.

Nah. Too much stress.

Same reason I wouldn't be a doctor. Not to mention, I don't think I'm personally cut out for either.

What's the point of doing something just for the money if it's not for you? Time will reveal itself eventually. Either you get fired or fail the training courses, tests and can't get the certifications.

Nope. Too dangerous. Too many people already have a negative perception of the police. I wouldn't want to be the possible victum of a cop killer trying to prove a point.

Plus I couldn't see myself putting my life on the line for strangers. Its the same reason why I wouldn't want to be a firefighter, plus their aren't many brothas in the rankings, especially up here in NYC.

in 5 years in NYC you'll make 90K. If you can play it right you can work the desk for your entire career or patrol some cac money area and never have to draw your gun.

The police officers that live in Clarkstown (just across the bridge from me) are some of the highest paid in the country.

In 2009, the Clarkstown Police Department employed the first, second and fourth highest paid county and municipal employees in the State of New York, having the highest average salary statewide of any town.[15][16] The mean compensation was $148,000 and mean salary was $115,000[16] more than double the average annual wage ($51,410) of police officers in the USA.[17] The median income for a household in Clarkstown was last estimated at $95,136, over $50,000 less than the average officer compensation

No. Not because I have anything against cops, I'm just adverse to the thought of always having some goody goody moral compass.

I accept and embrace my fallible human side so I'd be living a hypocritical lifestyle to be a cop.

Now if you'd said a detective or SWAT, then sign me for that shyt. :blessed:

I would. Being a cop ain't nearly as dangerous as being a civilian. shyt, you start at like 20 or something you can be retired by 30. And sitting on a couple million if you working in the right neighborhoods.
