thats fair. Completely different model than most sports leagues in the world where the NFL is basically a cartel, but it is correct.

I doubt it has a higher average attendance than F1, and it does not come close to the TV ratings of F1 or the Premier League.

Goodell is huriting the sport but football is going nowhere, the casual fans are being weeded out that's all. It's tough to compete with what Tagliabue (spelling) did.

I can't lie I don't know shyt about F1. It's shunned over here in the states.

I'd be lying if I said I don't worry about the NFL falling off with all the safety concerns that are popping up now. We saw how quick baseball fell off over here. That's where I will give soccer credit, there's alot of tradition surrounding it. shyt ain't going nowhere.

Every time a football starts to roll it just sort flops around a bit, goes in circles and teeters back n forth.

when I say the NFL jumped the shark, I dont think its going to end up like the NHL. Just that the league has peaked. It will never get bigger than it currently is. Its why Goodell has teams playing games in London every year, in order to expand its market.

The NFL really fukked up last year with the scab refs too. It messed with the integrity of the game. And now the safety issue and the president even speaking on it.

The NFL will fall off, but falling off means it wont be as large over the other sports leagues in this country. The gap will close between it and other leagues in the US.
