I actually hope they use this league to give coaches chances as coordinators and HC's who has never had the chance to be one before. Woulda been nice to see Vick as the OC

That's exactly what they did with Tim Lewis. He's been in the NFL for decades and they picked him to be head coach of Birmingham. It's developmental on all levels.
