Joe told AK to wrap the shyt up because AK was pissing them off, and then AK was taking his time and kissing ass into which Joe overexaggerates and drops the mic BECAUSE of AK. He does it all the time on the show

...but it's easy to see why they would take offense and comprehend it as disrespect. You've got Akademik's asking Takeoff about being left off of "Bad & Boujee", which touched a nerve and you've got Ak asking him repeatedly to repeat himself. They felt that there was trolling angle in "Why would you ask that?" and "Why are you wasting our time with an interview if you're asking questions but don't hear the answer."
The biggest offense, though, comes when Joe interrupts (ON microphone and ON camera) to wrap their interview up after making faces and shifting the whole time. You can see Quavo and Takeoff side-eyeing him and they probably already dislike him because of how he approached Yachty (who is also a part of Quality Control). They'd probably been waiting the entire time for him to say something sideways and give him a reason. When he dropped the mic and walked off (ON CAMERA), they saw that green light.

He was talking SPECIFICALLY to Akademiks to wrap the shyt up because it was getting hostile betwenn THEM and Akademiks. Migos wasn't saying shyt to Joe until he said lets wrap it up and Quavo repeated it because he felt they all was trying the Migos at that point.
They never say or said shyt about Yachty or his interview and theyre not even in the same rap age group or generation Yachty fans are in to give a fukk about his interview. And Joe wasn't disrespectful then he made good points, how tf you don't know what a 360 deal is???
Joe was trying to get Akademiks to wrap up the Interview and Ak longwinded ass started talking about how they're one of his favorite groups after talking slick.
