Part 13: How I lost a penpal

#85. Rodriguez
Repping: Detroit
Genres: Folk, Blues
YA: 60's Present

I was around 13, I think she was 14,
We met on a penpals website and became fast friends.
She was from Singapore and loved answering any question I had about her country,
We talked everyday, pretty normal teenage stuff too.
Two years passed and she fell victim to Singapore's notorious meritocratic exam system and had less and less time to herself.
Godspeed, J---------.

#86. Glass Prism
Repping: Scranton, Pennsylvania
Genres: Psych Rock, Blues Rock
YA: late 60s-Present

Two years passed after that and I was 17,
We resumed contact and she was a freshman in a film school,
iirc she wanted to become a local ad director.

We caught up and talked like we used to, long emails and all.

Months after that, she stopped replying.

Oh well, I thought, people are busy :yeshrug:

#87. The Nova Local
Repping: North Cacolina
Genres: Bubblegum Pop, Psych Pop
YA: 1966-1970

Around April of this year, I decided to contact her again,
Y'know, offer her music to score her student films for free.

Despite my lucrative offer, no response at all.

After a week or two of waiting for a reply, I decided to look at our old messages for nostalgia's sake.

I ended up at my sent messages, this is where I realllllly fukked up

When I was 17, I had this habit of sexting via email (that's a thing) and by my lack of foresight, I accidentally sent her a few candid pics of my dong.

All I did was glare at my screen in shock, regret, anger and confusion.

I'm sorry J. I really am.

Part 13: Cac and Me or, one white friend at a time (abridged)

#85. Vegan Reich
Repping: USA
YA: 1988-1999
Genres: Straight Edge

Looking back at it, the whole scene was pretty weird, slightly c00nish too -- I was up at 4 am, on Skype, eating pocky, watching Crayon Shin Chan with a French transguy who was all the way in California and making a huuuuge deal about how he was wearing nothing but boots.

What was I doing with my life?

#86. Racetraitor
Repping: USA
YA: Early 90s
Genres: Youth Crew

When I met him, he was a she. At the time, he didn't come out as trans to me so for all intents and purposes he was simply a tomboy (when he finally did tell me a year later, I told him I wasn't surprised and he cried tears of joy :to:)

#87. Ho66o6
Repping: Haiti, USA
YA: 2010's-Present
Genres: Alt. Rap, Horrorcore

I met him during my 4cac days, I was in a chat with other users and we'd raid other chats and try to ruin people's fun..which was fun for us.

We ended up finding this anime chat full of tumblr users (4cac and tumblr has/had a very serious rivalry), we/they were spamming the chat with beheading videos, 4cac memes and other vile shyt for few days, everyone either blocked us or left and soon enough, I was the only one left along with a few of the other weed.

So after awhile him and I started talking and as time passed enjoyed each other's company.

Again, this is c00nish as fukk but around him I was able to be myself and lower my guard around him (compared to the 4cac group at least), he was a breath of fresh air compared to the other cacs I knew online.

#88. Mykki Blanco
Repping: USA
YA: 2008-present
Genres: Trap, alt. rap

Eventually, I cut off all ties with the 4cacs and for awhile he was my only contact on kik.

Early on, he actually had a crush on me, which explained quite a bit, he loved drawing me, responded to my texts ASAP and always seemed to blush when i'd Skype him, and he had no qualms about being naked when we talked (Cacs gonna Cac, I legit thought it was a French thing). Of course, it took me months to realize after he flat out told me.

#89. Bad Balance
Repping: Russia
YA: 80s-Present
Genres: Mafia Rap, Jazz Rap

We were still cool even after I told him I hated whites and wanted to live away from them,
We were still cool even after I called him a culture vulture (he kept calling me fam and always talked artist #90 below),
Regardless, he helped me accept my non-heteronormative feelings,
He helped me understand what transpeople go through, as much as a cis person can,
He made me think about my militant/justified stance towards race, if only for a minute,
But nah, cacs are devils by nature

#90. Niska
Repping: France
YA: 2014-Present
Genres: Trap

We still talk, but not as frequently, guy's in art school :salute:

Good luck out there, you awesome French b*stard :mjcry:

Paroles dans Anglais -> "Pistol's touching my dikk/On Friday I wear my Qamis/On the block with my nikkas" :heh: :wow:

How I ruined our first time (Very NSFW)
Maybe it's my writer's block,
Maybe it's because I have nothing to lose,
Either way, i'm writing about this.

#92. Fonica
Repping: Japan
YA: 2002-Present
Genres: Glitch, lo-fi

By early-mid 12th grade, I was confident enough to talk to girls,
Thankfully all the guys in my friend circle were either socially awkward, too smart to worry about the fairer sex or gay.
Even better, all the girls in my friend circle were huge weebs,
Tariq Nasheed would be proud, you know what I did?
Have conversations with them
(Some of y'all might benefit from this advice :mjpls:)

#93. Serioznii
Repping: Siberia
YA: 2011-Present
Genres: Noise, Shoegaze

But I digress,
I caught the attention of this cute
Hispanic
chick named Natalia and we'd meet up at her house from time to time,
We only had Music Appreciation and very occasionally lunch together, so in hindsight we were just friends with (barely any) benefits,
Until the "incident" :merchant:

#94. 16-17
Repping: Switzerland
YA: 1994-2002
Genres: Jazz Punk

She'd always invite me to her house when her parents weren't home but all we'd do was make out and grope each other,
I was getting tired of this teenage stuff after three months and wanted to get to fourth base,
I made her sat on my lap and tried taking off her shirt (normally she did that)
She knew what was up and hit me with the :usure: face and told me, "Next week :troll:"

#95. Black Death
Repping: USA
YA: 1977-1984
Genres: 1st wave Heavy Metal

Next week, I was ready, and to a lesser extent, she was,
Went to her house straight after school and all,
Fast forward to the NSFW part...
She was on her back,
I tried getting a good rhythm but she kept squirming,
I stopped and asked her if she wanted me to stop,
She said no but wanted to change positions,
I pulled out and there was blood all over me,
:damn::damn::damn::damn::damn:
She must've been in shock too cos all she said was,
"I swear I'm not on period, sorry, sorry, sorry..."
I honestly didn't know what to say or do after cleaning myself up so I told her it was alright (it wasn't :francis:)
After she changed her sheets and washed up we just ate ramen and watched some Samurai Champloo before her parents came home,
We became "just friends" that day too.
We still talk on Facebook :yeshrug:

Part 14.5: shyt that deserves to be obscure/underwhelming filler

#00. MC Chris
Genre: Nerdcore

We aren't done yet, I might as well do the opposite before we are though. Nerdcore is a rap genre with mostly white rappers (Mega Ran and MF Doom are two examples of Black/Real Nerdcore Rappers) and of course has its' fair (ha, fair) share of shytty rappers.

MC Chris, who is a better voice actor* than a rapper, is one of them..seriously, I could make better nerdcore than this squeaky voiced cac. If I had to choose between buying his stuff or collabing with him, i'd rather slide a library card across my Jap's eye

*Voiced MC Pee Pants on Aqua Teen Hunger Force

#00. Colton Ford
Genre: House, Pop

Lemme start off by saying this, I don't like (white) gay culture. I'm not straight by a long shot and i'm all for camp and kitsch appeal but this is too gay for me, too white and gay.

This is what happens when a porn star tries covering Nirvana's worst song

(Yellow) Chi chi boy fi dead :pacspit:

#00. MC Router
Genre: Nerdcore

As if I need another reason to dislike white women..

#00. Daniel Johnston
Genre: Folk, Outsider

No matter how many cacs tell you otherwise, Daniel Johnston isn't talented, original or a visionary. He's a childish savant :scust:

#00. CurrentGod
Genre: :scust:-core

What kind of douchebag names himself Current God and passes this off as music? :martin:

Alright y'all, i'm doing this experimental, sound-only documentary for the first time and figured why not? We're a pretty diverse forum (as far as the Diaspora goes) and in time for William Tucker's birthday (the first Afrikan born in the 13th colonies) the subject would be perfect - Black Voices.

Format:
1. 1 through 5 minutes long
2. Introduce yourself (name/country)
3. Talk about whatever you want
4. PM me your recording through Vocaroo | Online voice recorder

Notes
1. Non-Blacks cannot contribute to this.
2. Deadline is January the 2nd.
3. Unless you want me to, I won't @ you or reveal who's saying what.
4. Have fun!
