"When Floyd Mayweather makes up his mind on who he's fighting, which he hasn't yet, he will announce it to the world," stated Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe, who refuted a recent claim by former jr. welterweight champion Amir Khan stating that he was no longer in the running to face undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd "Money" Mayweather when he makes his highly-anticipated return to the ring on May 3. While it's unclear as to exactly what Khan has been told, according to Ellerbe, Mayweather is still mulling his choice of opponents, which was said to be between and WBA welterweight champion Marcos Maidana.
Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer was unavailable for comment at the time of this writing, so we're not sure if Khan was told that he would not get the fight, or if he's making an assumption based on his own frustrations. Either way, his comments on Twitter are probably not going to help his cause when it comes to Mayweather making his final decision.

So Floyd and his camp didn't tell Khan he was the frontrunner?? Then backpedal when Broner lost to Maidana??
So Floyd didn't tell the world to vote on his next opponent.. And Khan won.. And Mayweather Backpedaled... AGAIN!!!!!

He didn't make fights happen that could've happened, mainly the Manny fight. THIS time Floyd can make the fight happen happen if he wanted to, but I understand why he won't, I just don't fully care or agree with the reasons. I just want to see them fight.

It doesn't make a difference who he fights, you still will say that he ducked either fighter, Khan or Chino. We all know that Khan doesn't deserve this fight at all, so Floyd's not ducking someone with a certified glass jaw.

Everything makes a difference... If Floyd would've fought the winner of the poll.. that would be one thing... but to make Khan believe he was next then turn around and say Okay lets have a poll
. then go against what the fans voted even though Khan still won is 100% bytchmade...I would never say Floyd ducked Chino... Unless Chino had been given the impression he was next(like Khan) before there was ever a poll.. Then Chino won the poll(like Khan did) and Floyd decided to fight Khan instead.. Then and only then would I say Floyd is ducking Chino..nikka wanna act like Im out of line for saying these things.. Schaefer wanna act like Bob was out of line..
