But that isn't always an admission of guilt... Sometimes that is done just to get a better deal... If he claimed innocent and was found guilty the sentence might have been worse. Kind of like how that kid who had the Scholarship to USC and the girl claimed rape so he took the plea deal to get only 6 years even though he was innocent... Before the case started Floyd pretty much maintained that he was innocent...

but whats done is done. he made his decisiona and he should man up and do his time. if the judge sees fit to let him out early for good behavior then cool. but this bullshyt about not being in good physical condition is bullshyt.
