The reason why Fury is on there is because it’s a picture of HIS belt. When a champion receives his own personalized belt it has his photo on it. If a fighter wins a WBC belt, the loser lets him take photos with that belt which later has to be returned. Hence the OP "Floyd will picture will be added to ALL belts" This is distinctive to the WBC of course because Floyd has been their greatest champion and supporter ever.
