HBO holding up fight, they don't want to agree to similar deal when they had Lewis and Showtime had Tyson - winner gets to show replay.
HBO has no faith that their fighter Pac-Man is going to win, therefore they're asking for simultaneous telecast, unlike last time when they wanted winner to show replay.

Bob Arum: No Urgency on Mayweather Side, It's Terrible!

Weeks of negotiations are frustrating Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, the promoter of WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao. Arum is trying to close a deal for a fight between his man and WBC/WBA champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.
As far as the agreed upon terms, Arum admits there are unresolved issues between the fighters and the networks. Mayweather has an exclusive contract with CBS/Showtime and Pacquiao fights under Time Warner/HBO. The networks are also negotiating on their end with problems related to the broadcast terms and which of them will obtain the lucrative rights to the delayed broadcast.
After the two fighters met face to face in Miami last Tuesday, many believed a deal would happen sooner than later. That has not been the case.
The negotiations are dragging out to the point where Arum is concerned with moving forward on Mayweather's requested date, May 2nd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, because there may not be enough time to properly promote the contest. Arum feels more comfortable with a date of May 30 or sometime in June.
"We send one draft to their side and their lawyer sends back a draft with something else that's an issue. And there doesn't seem to be any urgency about it on their side. It's terrible," Arum was quoted by GMA News. "The thing that really concerns me is that we are running out of time for May 2. If you want to drag this out a little longer then move the fight to later in May — May 30 is a good date — or go in June."
"We agreed to go on May 2 because that is the date Mayweather is hung up on, but if we’re going to go on May 2 we need to get this done."

If there's still "unresolved issues", I thought it was something Michael Koncz said was handled because he knows for a fact that Floyd wants the fight. Why havent TR grabbed their man (HBO) by the collar and told them to shut up and take the terms?
Why is HBO still trying to challenge the rebroadcast issues?

Arum never wanted this fight to happen. Pacquiao was the always Floyd's doppelganger, his boogeyman. That's why damn near every fight for like a 4 year period, Manny fought them after Floyd. It was the perfect way to elevate Manny's status up to Floyd without ever having to fight him. I'm not saying that Manny isn't good, he's an ATG but he's never beating Floyd. Arum knows this, otherwise his snake ass would have made the fight. Koncz can talk his shyt, Ariza already let us know the deal about Arum and nobody understands Roach and Manny says talk to my promoter. A fukked up situation.

I just hope Showtime puts everyone on blast as to why this isn't happening and has never happened so that we can stop the charades of this. Talking about Manny signed the contract. Oscar gave him a pen in a hotel room for the Golden Boy contract and he got fukked faster than Warren Sapp's hookers did. He signs everything. That doesn't mean shyt.
