If WWE were to sell itself today, I'd imagine them getting a 10-20% premium because they have no debt and monopolize their market. That would price them about about $750 million.

The last time WWE was worth $1 billion or more was in 2010. It was worth close to $1.4 billion when it went public in 1999.
