Dude if you believe this shyt breh you let me down :snoop:

You think Floyd was gonna fukk up his money by injecting illegal shyt in him on his biggest fight ? You think they are IV PED s out there breh ? Use your common sense breh :dead:

@krackdagawd you know of any PEDs u can inject in your blood stream except for PRBC s?

When did I say that he was injecting peds? I said we don't know what the fluids are, because there arent any medical documents to show what was administered to him.

All we know is he inadvertently flushed his system by doing it which in turn causes the masking of PEDs, whether that may have been an intentional or non-intentional reaction....it still happened. That's a fact.

I also find it hilarious that on 1 hand...yall wanna say "bu-bu-but, Hauser is lying. He doesnt know what happened, nor does he know if it was 750ml", but then on the other hand yall wanna say "bu-bu-but, Hauser said TMT told the USADA it was vitamins and minerals that's all".

Which one is it? Are yall gonna use his report on what was told as reference or not? You cant have it both ways.

Arum Speaks Out on Hauser Article and Mayweather's IV

Posted by: Steve Kim on 9/10/2015 .

By Steve Kim

The biggest story surrounding Floyd Mayweather this week doesn't center around his bout against Andre Berto at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The story making headlines is a piece penned by Thomas Hauser which outlines how Mayweather - against clearly outlined rules - was allowed to take an IV after his weigh-in for the Manny Pacquiao fight which took place on May 2nd.

When asked to comment on the stories and it's allegations, Pacquiao's promoter, Bob Arum of Top Rank, told BoxingScene.com on Thursday afternoon - "What comments could I have? It speaks for itself, it's disgusting."

Speaking of the IV that Mayweather took, Arum stated - "We weren't aware of it till we got notification sometime around May 21st but there was a confidentiality clause and we couldn't say anything."

As for filing a protest with the local Nevada commission, well, Arum isn't sure it's worth the time and effort. Mayweather out-pointed Pacquiao over twelve rather uneventful rounds.

"I'd have to consult with my attorneys. I'm not going to just file a protest which is going to go no place just to file a protest to make a grandstand play. If my attorneys say that we have merit to a protest we can accomplish something this far after the date, then we would do it,"said the former graduate of Harvard Law School, who added - "Now, I haven't practiced law in a long time, my seat-of-the-pants reactions - there's nothing we can do, realistically.

If Pacquiao himself wanted to pursue this, Arum opined - "Manny would only pursue this legally if his attorneys advised him to do it and my seat-of-the-pants reaction is that the attorneys would tell him that he couldn't realistically accomplish anything by doing it. But I don't know, the attorneys have to speak on this and obviously they're aware of it."

After five long years of rather contentious negotiating, Mayweather-Pacquiao was finally consummated and according to Arum, it came with the stipulation that USADA [United States Anti Doping Agency] had to be in charge of the drug testing protocols and enforcement.

"We tried - our lawyers - to do everything they could in drafting that contract and reviewing that contract to put in as many protections as we could," stated Arum. "But you can't handle everything. We were very unhappy with USADA but that was made plain to us that that was the only way the fight would happen."

So while Pacquiao was denied a cortisone shot for his ailing left shoulder in the dressing room prior to the fight, Mayweather was retroactively granted permission to use an IV after the weigh-in.

"It is what it is," said Arum. "That's why there's home teams and away teams. There are home teams and visiting teams."

Will Top Rank ever utilize USADA for one of their fights?

"I'm not going to say never but I think USADA's credibility certainly has to be questioned," Arum replied.

As for the culpability of the authorities who regulated this fight, all Arum would say is - "I'm a license holder with the Nevada State Athletic Commission and I have no comment on that commission."

Pacquiao's Adviser, WBC Prez on Mayweather IV Scandal

Posted by: Ronnie Nathanielsz on 9/11/2015 .

by Ronnie Nathanielsz

World Boxing Council president Mauricio Sulaiman, who will be in Las Vegas over the weekend for undefeated Floyd Mayweather’s title defense against Andre Berto at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, says - “I’m sure this is something we are going to discuss” - with respect to the ongoing controversy with Mayweather using intravenous vitamin injection before the fight with Manny Pacquiao, which broke World Anti-Doping Agency guidelines, according to SB Nation's Thomas Hauser.

"In early March, USADA presented the Pacquiao camp with a contract that allowed the testing agency to grant a retroactive therapeutic use exemption (TUE) to either fighter in the event that the fighter tested positive for a prohibited drug," Hauser wrote.

Mayweather received the retroactive exemption after the fight.

In an overseas telephone conversation with the New Standard/BoxingScene.com, Sulaiman said he believes - “it would not be appropriate to give an opinion without having the full facts. I would like to have complete understanding of the situation. I think to come out at this time just before the (Berto) fight it might be more negative than positive to find out something.”

Sulaiman said “nobody has contacted the WBC” about this but pointed out that “we conduct after the fight protocol of anti doing testing but the test they are taking (random drug tests) are out of competition.”

The WBC president said “it’s a little complex, not easy” but claimed that the article of award-winning boxing writer Thomas Hauser “is full of assumptions” indicating he would not comment on the issue “ before we have full knowledge.”

Pacquiao’s adviser, Michael Koncz ,who spoke to us from his ranch in Ohio said he knew the Hauser story was coming out weeks ago but that he hadn’t read the story.

When asked for his thoughts, Koncz replied, “you are putting me in a tight spot because we have to fight in Vegas again you know and I’m not going to cry over spilled milk. I don’t like the circumstances that came about because we did everything the right way. We informed USADA (about wanting to take a pain killing injection because of an aching shoulder prior to the Mayweather fight) but the [Las Vegas] Commission ruled against us.”

Koncz added - “I’m not going to make any accusations but its not hard to put two and two together.”

Pacquiao on Mayweather IV: The Truth Finally Came Out!

Posted by: Boxing Clever on 9/11/2015 .

General Santos - Manny Pacquiao declared he was vindicated over previous drugs allegations from Floyd Mayweather after the unbeaten WBC/WBA welterweight champion was accused of violating anti-doping rules before their mega-fight.

Pacquiao said the "truth finally came out" after it emerged Mayweather received an injection of vitamins and minerals in the build-up to their fight in Las Vegas in May.

Mayweather and the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) have both insisted the boxer's actions were legal after a report on the SB Nation sports news website said he had broken World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) rules.

"Truth finally came out and I was vindicated," Pacquiao said in a brief statement to reporters in the Philippines late on Thursday.

"(The) Mayweather camp accused me of using PEDs (performance-enhancing drugs). Now look what happened.

"I hope Floyd Mayweather would learn a good lesson out of (the experience)."

Pacquiao and Mayweather have engaged in a long-running feud which has not abated since the American won their only meeting, for the World Boxing Organization welterweight title, on points.

Mayweather, who is looking to extend his unblemished 49-0 record against Andre Berto on Saturday, insisted he was a "clean athlete" after the injection came to light.

"I follow and have always followed the rules of Nevada and USADA, the gold standard of drug testing," he said in a statement.

"I am very proud to be a clean athlete and will continue to champion the cause," Mayweather added.

Mayweather's fight with eight-division world champion Pacquiao was delayed for years partly because of his insistence that the Filipino comply with a strict drug-testing regime.

Mayweather later accused Pacquiao of using performance-enhancing drugs. The Filipino sued and the two settled out of court.

The aftermath of their fight has also been rocky, after Pacquiao revealed he was carrying a shoulder injury and was branded a "sore loser" by Mayweather.

The SB Nation report said Mayweather's infusion had come to light after USADA agents visited the boxer at his Las Vegas home on Friday May 1, the day before the Pacquiao fight, to conduct a random unannounced test.

The report said the IV consisted of two separate mixes of saline and vitamins which had been administered to address dehydration concerns.

It added that while the substances in question were not prohibited under WADA rules, administering them intravenously was a breach of WADA regulations.

WADA guidelines say IV infusions are prohibited because they can be used to mask the use of performance enhancing drugs, increase plasma volume levels and distort the values of an athlete's biological passport.

"Mr. Mayweather's use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC (Nevada State Athletic Commission) rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today," a USADA statement added.

Pacquiao: NSAC Must Punish Mayweather For IV Use!

Posted by: Boxing Clever on 9/11/2015 .

Manny Pacquiao called for punishment and a rematch on Friday after his career rival Floyd Mayweather Jr. was accused of violating anti-doping rules in the build-up to their mega-fight in May.

The eight-division world champion, who lost a unanimous decision to Mayweather in Las Vegas, urged Nevada sports officials to “impose the appropriate sanction” on the unbeaten pound-for-pound king.

Mayweather and the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) have both insisted the boxer’s actions were legal after it emerged he was injected with vitamins and minerals before the fight.

But Pacquiao questioned why USADA only informed the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) about the infusion three weeks after the bout, by which time Mayweather had already received a USADA exemption.

“Are they hiding something? For the sake of fairness and for the good of the sport, NSAC must be consistent,” he told reporters at his home in the southern Philippines.

“If needed, the NSAC should impose the appropriate sanction to sustain its credibility and to show the world they did not give preferential treatment to the Mayweather camp,” he added.

A report on the SB Nation sports news website said Mayweather had broken World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) regulations by having an IV infusion at his home in Las Vegas on May 1, the day before the fight.

WADA guidelines say IV infusions are prohibited because they can be used to mask performance-enhancing drugs, increase plasma volume levels and distort the values of an athlete’s biological passport.

Pacquiao also said he was treated unfairly because the Nevada body refused to let him use a USADA-approved painkiller for the fight, when he was carrying a shoulder injury
.

“That is why I want a rematch. One without any injury and with fair play. No favouritism. Not one where the Mayweather camp gets to dictate all the terms and conditions,” he said.

This has to be one of the most pathetic attempts to force a rematch of all time...

So because the mass public didnt buy into the phantom shoulder injury and "he ran I really won" team Pactard now manufactures a doping story...All in effort to discredit Floyd's victory and force an unnecessary rematch...

I hope Floyd is smart enough to avoid the rematch...He dont need the money and its pointless as far as legacy is concerned because they will NEVER give him credit for beating this clown...The excuses will never end...

So there is going to be buzz requesting for a rematch? Fight no 50? It's almost as if it's an attempt to recreate Arguello-Pryor 2

Brolic... Alcoholics
They do weight in again right before the fight. :mjlol:

Floyd does them but his aren't "recorded" . He's been doing it for a few years now.

As for the allegations, I'm not sure what to believe and I honestly don't care anymore. I heard an idiot say how boxing will fall off after Floyd retires. Yeah, I got annoyed. nikkas didn't give a fukk about Floyd the way they do now until he came back from retirement and fought JMM. No one bought the ODH fight to see Floyd. They bought the fight to ODH. So go ahead and fukkin' retire so these casuals and the fukk ass Floyd stans can get the fukk outta my sport.

Oh and I don't want him to come back for a 50th fight. Just leave and don't come back. Go struggle read a book.

This is such a non story and nobody would care if this was any other athlete. The contents of the iv where known by everyone and reported before the fight and did not contain any banned substance and mayweayher tested clean. End of story.

There were valid reasons for Pryor-Arguello 2...Panama mix was illegal...

There is no valid reason for Mayweather - Packeyow...All team pactard has is a phantom shoulder injury cured by the waters of the Pacific ocean :martin: and a fraudulent manufactured doping claim completely debunked by USADA...

This is s clear pathetic attempt to cash out by Bob and Packeyow...They are trying to stir up controversy in hopes that gains interest in a rematch...

max kellerman and marcellus on the situation

Max & Marcellus: [hr3]

Max talks about Floyd's Testosterone/Epitestosterone ratio.

Avg white man 1.2 to 1 T/E.

Avg. black man 1.3 to 1 T/E.

WADA allows athletes to have T/E ratio as high as 4.0 to 1.

Floyd's T/E in previous tests was 0.69 to 1 and 0.8 to 1.

Low ratio of T/E is a red flag for PED use because it indicates "MASKING" to hide/lower high testosterone levels.

If you have a low ratio of T/E does not mean u are cheating but a further test must be done to KNOW FOR SURE, its called the CIR test.... a test USADA says its too expensive so they dont do it :snoop:
