so your saying floyd got random drug tested like 15-18 before the pacquaio fight and that after he left the weigh in; he took a shot of steroids and then immediately used a IV to cover it up

AND USADA Did this for him as a favour because they favor him but still documented it knowing its against the rules and would get them in trouble?

Look up the case of Erik Morales vs Danny Garcia, then tell me USADA makes "honest mistakes"
