Look I don't feel no shame in admiring the business moves that Mr. Al Haymon has done since his days as a concert promoter back in the day...

he was and still is an inspiration to me

it was AL who made it possible for me to see acts like MAZE, PATTI LABELLE, ATLANTIC STARR and the legendary ISLEY BROTHERS

now AL is making it possible to see the best of the best in boxing...so when I see these events, I salute the man making it happen

We were all in her giving props to Haymon (and Showtime) for the fights he gave us in 2013 but he has given us a year of dogshyt in 2014 so fukk Haymon. If he brings the heat in 2015 then he will get props again but if he continues matching his guys up against unranked fighters and landscapers than he will be criticized.

And I would love to see all this praise that Bob Arum gets on the regular right now. Arum is regularly and rightfully getting shyt on in this forum for:
1. This Pac/Algieri PPV
2. fukking over JCC
3. fukking over Mikey Garcia
4. Supposedly turning down an offer for Manny to fight Floyd
5. For shytting on Rigondeaux the past two years
Nobody is an Arum fan in here aside from one poster. fukk Bob Arum he is a shyster who tends to be an obstacle for big fights more often than not. But just because Haymon is called on his bullshyt doesn't automatically mean Arum is beloved.

And that Quillin decision to forgo his biggest payday ever and relinquish his belt that he worked hard for just because Al Haymon is all in his feeling about Jay Z was stupid as fukk. And where exactly is this Quillin/Danny Jacobs fight at? I haven't seen any movement on it. No potential dates announced. What is taking so fukking long to make the fight? Both guys are managed by Haymon so there should be no negotiation issues.
Quillin could have took the Korobov fight and won it already (since it was scheduled for Nov. 1) and then gone right back to "talking" about Danny Jacobs like he has been doing since the beginning of the year.

And Im also on record saying I dont agree with matching MY fighter with easy touches over and over. One every know and then is okay...but AB's next opponent better be a better opponent than Emmanuel Taylor.

I ride with the city, so I always supported him and Don King, but I'd be lying if I said that Haymon did screw over us fans this year with the matchups. The biggest "All-Al Haymon" fight of this year is only Amir Khan vs Devon Alexander.....even though he has that many fighters under him?
