The 14-year-old boy called his sister several derogatory words and told her he was going to shoot her and her baby. He allegedly shot her in the chest around 1:45 p.m. local time.

The 15-year-old brother came outside with his own semiautomatic handgun and allegedly shot the younger teen in the stomach, police said.

Unless I’m reading something wrong here, the 14 year old initiated the situation when he pulled out a gun. The 15 then said he don’t want to fight and they were separated by their uncle. The 14 year old gets into it with his sister and shoots her. The 15 then shoots the 14 year old. If that’s what went down, the 15 year old should not face murder charges. Only the 14 year old.
