Well, it depends on where you live in Florida and if you're in a good enough position to live comfortably. I have friends that moved to Miami and Tampa and don't plan on leaving, and it's obviously in expensive and they like the weather. But that's just their personality. The thing is, people not from Florida would obviously find a lot to enjoy if they were there, but people with no interest in living there just looks at all the shyt that goes on there and :smh:

From the Governor to...nah we can just stop at Scott.
Scott is a piece of shyt. When he shut down that high speed rail plan. :snoop: :snoop: :snoop::why:

Also, the cost of tuition is low as fukk...the cheapest in the country I think. When I moved here from VA with their high ass new car-like tuition and saw the tuition prices for state universities, I thought I was reading misprints or there was a catch to it something. It was like a quarter of the cost in VA. I was able to get into school with low ass tuition and get a job that paid well and allowed part time hours and paid for 80% of my tuition. And rent was cheap. The move to FL was definitely a win for me.

:wtf:

Most classes are 3-4 credits, so students who are residents of Florida can expect to pay about $298-398 per class. Twelve credits, which is considered a “full-time” load for a semester, cost $1,194 for Florida resident students. Figure in your book costs at about $80 per credit hour, and you are looking at a total bill of about $2,154 for a full-time semester. Certain classes that require labs may have additional fees for lab supplies. Additional fees are published in the class schedule.

Just noticed that they have B.S. and B.A. degrees. Nevermind, move along
Cali got the hoes and the lifestyle, but living expenses there are way higher and their economy sucks.

Actually, no. Living expenses in major cities/college towns like mountain view, san jose, berkeley, san diego, or LA, yes. But east/north bay or central cali is as cheap or cheaper than florida.

breh. 15 units at uni florida is still cheapier than cali

It's like $208.68 a unit.

15x$208.68 = $3167 = still cheapier than cali

I just can't think of one single "logical" reason why we give weapons to undertrained, power hungry, and scared people. All I can come up with is tin foil reasons. That's how fukked up it is.

They'll get a paid vacation, maybe a verbal reprimand and then pushed right back on the street.

What makes me so damn angry is that I honestly was involved in a much harsher situation in Iraq, doing contact patrols and raids in an urban environment, and we were trained not shoot every damn person. These cops discharged 17 damn rounds, and hit the man in the leg. That's how afraid or undertrained they were, possibly both. This happened to an innocent man on his family's property too.

Then you always hear someone from the police union or PD say "put yourself in their shoes" and "we have to make quick decisions" and I'll I can think about is me being a damn boot in my first deployment, taking point in a patrol and constantly having to see children run out of gates at 1 AM on one occasion. These fukkers would have probably unloaded on them. I can't respect this shyt.
