here is the part im having a hard time wrapping my head around. if the feds have all of this as fact why not put his ass in some cuffs like yesterday. do investigation go on this long for this type of stuff. if it was a regular citizen it seems they wouldve been brought in at the very least for questioning by now. i wanna see him do the perp walk out of teh capitol!
its not like hes doing something technically legal and morally wrong. hes doing illegal and morally wrong shyt hes cant escape this unless they have a way to discredit this. this guy needs to be in cuffs.
It just goes back to the adage of 'Innocent until Proven Guilty'. There will be evidence that will be challenged as being inadmissible for the case. When a case happens, they will say 'Can we get Matt Gaetz charged for this?', and then try to get him. When the Feds pull the trigger, they will have EVERYTHING ready to get him for a instant kill.
As much as people want instant justice, it doesn't work that way.
Matt either doesn't have a lawyer for this, or is too stupid to see that he incriminating himself on television and Twitter, which can be used in court as even more evidence. He should be lying low, letting people do PR for him like, "These allegations against me are serious, and damaging. I will fully cooperate with the investigation to prove my innocence." in a media note blast.
Instead, he is blabbing about shyt.
