Ha I live in Tampa and know a lot of strippers from my knuckle head days. Lowell is notorious for being dirty and basically a brothel.

Inmates are pretty much the lowest of the low in the eyes of society so officers can literally get away with murder or whatever because the publics first response is "well they're in jail" and they don't give a shyt.

well the sister was someone's mother/daughter and doing time for cashing fake checks which doesn't exaclty me her hardened criminal whom deserving to beat do death by a rogue pig in...at the very least her own community/people should care and rally to get this sister justice but considering this story hasn't made national headlines and thus isn't trendy enough for the black lives matter movement to latch on to it i want hold my breath
more often than not the inmates doing time for petty non violent offenses(theft, drug abuse, traffic violations,etc) whom end up dead under shady circumstances(/murdered by prison staff.)..very rarely do the worst of the worst(serial killers,gang members, booty bandit)s victimized the same.

while i'm sure guard on inmate rape is pervasive at that prison giving the precedent i don't see anyone doing a considerable amount of time even if convicted(especially if the rapist has the complexion for protection)...that being animal cracker/s whom butchered Latandra is more likely to be convicted for sexual misconduct before than be hold accountable for the murder her murder

The bolded is moreso because of the fact theres so much security, cameras, and guards involved at max prisons vs minimums where there isn't many cameras, guards, etc...

So by design just like its hard for inmates to do anything unmonitored in max joints, the same applies to the guards

maybe so...never done time in person so i'll have to take you word for it but i d don't think lack of monitoring or not enough cameras played a significant role corrupt cops getting away with assassinating the victim of this story(well having a camera in the dorm she was held probably would have made this lenching more dffiicult to get away with but the article states that she was supposed to be periodically watched and cameras captured staff/ going in/out her dorm..this murder was clearly sanctioned and covered up by superiors at the glorified concentration camp Latandra(may she RIP) was held...that shyt sounds worst than Gitmo and needs to be shut down.
