I wish I could do that with the Tri-County area, aka "South Florida".

Broward, Palm Beach and Dade is totally different than the rest of Florida.

Might have to reconsider Palm Beach County since Rush and Trump live there.

There's a completely different dynamic that comes into play once you crossover the intracoastal, fam. Hell, them DTP (downtown projects) nikkas reside less than six minutes away from Trump's crib.
