I am confused by what these videos imply. Do people actually think that Americans don't know how to farm, build houses, work in the trades or do blue collar work? Because Americans have being that extremely well for hundreds of years, which is how America became a world power. Americans only hire Hispanics, because Hispanics work cheap. At least cheaper than Americans.

It's not that Americans don't know how to do these things. It's the fact that no one wants do these jobs because they are labour intensive and very low paying. I'm talking about farming specifically. The fruit and vegetable American economy will collapse if these farmers make a good salary. Your made in USA strawberries will quadruple in price. Then fruits from South America will dominate and be 10 times cheaper.
Labor intensive is not a problem for Americans. The problem was and is low pay. American businesses don't want to pay a living wage so American companies hire an illegal work force to do the work cheaper instead. The illegal workforce are basically modern day slaves who are routinely cheated and mistreated by their their employers without the benefit of any State and Federal labor protections. That is actually sad shyt.
