Netflix will retcon the script and make everybody gay or flamboyant, gentrify the cast (aka no authenticity) and make the “humor” more acceptable to their wider mainstream audience (and replace the original writers with white writers whose concept of humor is based on how they think black people act). Which goes against the entire premise of the show. Rather it stay cancelled and got out on a high note like it did, so the appreciation for it is remembered in a good way. This is not a series that’s meant to be long term anyway.
