how do you know the size of the earth?

I've been high up in airplanes, I know the earth is huge, way bigger than those fake videos when they seem to be at the edge of atmosphere the can see the globe, its ridiuclous

I'm smart enough to say I don't know if the Earth is round or flat, I can't laugh at a flat earther because I can't prove they are wrong, it doesn't matter what I believe

to laugh at them would be intellectual dishonest, like most of you morons are

Bullshyt. You speak like a parrot of nonsense that doesn't understand what 'perspective' is and how it works. The ships' disappearance over the horizon isn't a mirage and if you raise your level of observation, you can see it again. Also, due to how perspective works, the farther away the ship gets, the smaller it will appear in all three dimensions, not just the bottom disappearing a few miles away behind the curve of the Earth which is an objectively verifiable fact.​

Could be an optical illusion. You didn't manufacture those plane windows. Could be fisheye lenses built in. They could be computer monitors displaying a 3-D simulation. You can't prove these ideas wrong. Does that mean they're worth considering?

I have a pair of binoculars and I live near a beach. I've seen ships going over the horizon. Or maybe they all sunk.

Actually this doesn't prove anything, its the same as the ships disappearing over the horizon
it's not because the Earth is flat its just lens isn't powerful enough to see far enough, if you a strong enough camera and zoom in more you will still see the ships, same applies here

My question to flat earthers is if the earth is flat where does the world start and end. Let's say the Earth is flat. Wouldn't that mean for instance that flying out of Cali would always take longer than flying out of New York? If there is a start and end of the earth then there has to be some place on earth that always takes longer to fly to other places due to being in the far western or eastern end depending on where the earth starts or ends.

Because the earth accelerates upwards through space, which is really just a hologram. Think about it. Why do planes always fly at an upward angle? They gotta fly upwards to counter the gravity that pushes them down as the earth is moving up
