The young brehs got to know to let up when the target is neutralized.
The prolonged azz beating while he was on the ground and no longer a threat was a bit excessive, but he campaigned for that azz whipping and won the election.

Not sure how much of a mind he has left and definitely he will be moving differently, at least physically.
He’ll live with likely no permanent injuries but he’s definitely going to be some weeks/months recovering from that azz beating though.
Dude went out there thinking he was John Wick in a scenario he was clearly outnumbered and quickly fukked around and found out.
You should be able to recognize throwing objects at cars is going to get you in trouble in normal times, much less a sideshow. Some people are free in this world without full cognitive function, scary.
