As far as sound quality goes would @NV-ME @Basaglia @KBadd consider a GoFundMe or some other fund raiser for whatever equipment is necessary to improve it? I know nothing about podcasting so if getting better equipment is an ignorant suggestion then my bad, but I would definitely contribute to something like that.
