"Marriage" as you see has only existed for 50 years or so.

Marriage in the past was more similar to the extended family setups that were discussed earlier.

What's the purpose of attaining wealth? Do you bring it to yoyr grave? I think you need to ask real wealthy people if marriage is not important to wealth building. I am willing to bet that they eill disagree with you. I am not worrying about reparations I am illustrating my point.

It is easy for people to say that marriage is optional for thise that dont know how to pick good partners.

Wealth is a measure of ownership. Throughout this country's history, ownership has been passed out to white people while being placed out of the reach of black folks.


That's the reason for inequality. Inequality will persist as long as this continues.
