Fitness Goals for this week?

I need to increase my cardio this week by 45 minutes total above the 80 I had the the last few weeks since I changed up my workout program and started intermittent fasting (4 hr eating window) I went to hard on weights...I am also going to start my first cycle of Test E and Winstrol...Just going to do a 6 week newbie cycle and I would like to maximize my success....
