What if the sneaker runs small and I want to exchange for a bigger size?

They don't know if they have the demand to meet a minimum order. To produce a new sneaker form scratch they're going to need minimum order in the 1,0000s but that's possibly going to be per size. So they might have to order 10,000+ pairs just to get sizes 8-13.5 made. Either that or they order individual samples for well over $200 a shoe.
