There's is a reason for Aquamans blonde hair in the books though, it's not just cosmetic .....even still this looks good

However it does look like there are highlights in his hair

The blond hair as an omen of bad tidings thing was not part of Aquaman's original origin. it was added in a reboot of his origin in the 1980s but that has been dropped with his current origin.

And Momoa looks cool and intimidating. It is cracking me up seeing all the fanboys on other sites whining about why doesn't he look like he does in the comics like anyone would be wearing some bright ass orange and green costume in a big budget live-action movie.

If you haven't notice by now D.C. is doing the opposite of marvel where they go dark in tone with their films giving us diversity. If you want fun and whimsical go watch Ironman 3
