Can u guys break it down how to use voice sample like that? Or how to sample off another song?? I have no idea at all how to add something like that in FL

You could drag and drop the sound file in the playlist and then cut out the part you want, copy and paste that where you want it.
Or, you could open it up in Edison, mark the sample regions you want and then drag and drop it in Slicex. Map it to a your keyboard and play the vocal samples live as you record.
