of course they won't consider themselves black for a couple of reasons.

1. The division process has been going on for thousands of years. Tribes, nations, religion, location etc is all forms of division.

2. The definition of black. black is not a color and DOES NOT apply to just so called african americans or jet black people, it's a universal term. Toss out the european definition.

3. There's no such thing as race, when you get rid of all those factors above, the only thing you got left are people who were here first and those who are new to the planet. That's it. Brown, Yellow, Red are just different shades of the black man.
