They do need to fire Skiles as soon as the regular season is over. Getting Thibs or Walton should be their main priority this offseason.

Upper management doesn't seem to give enough of a shyt about winning to go after either of them. The Skiles hire scares me because it's obvious they have no idea what they're doing.

He's just a shyt coach. His rotations suck, our offense is putrid and that would be fine if we were a strong defensive team because that's his MO.... Unfortunately for whatever reason despite having three of the better younger defensive players in the league at pg, sg, and pf we consistently get killed by people on offense.

There's one man that's the common denominator in all the fukkery the Magic have endured and it's Rich Devos: Otis Smith, John Weisbrod, Martins, Brian Hill part deux, etc. All this bullshyt has happened under his watch. He's a nice man, but I wish he would sell the team to a more serious owner. It's too late now. The Magic have non-basketball people making key decisions and shyt. When Dwight forced his way out, that was pretty much that last major involvement he had with the team. It was his son in law Bob Vanderweigh that didn't know sick as far as basketball, that was calling all the shots.

We need to get basketball heads in the front office and on the court. This is ridiculous.

I remember interviewing Martins when I was in high school in 97. Dude was a greaseball. Motherfukker would load his hair with that 3 olives hair grease on the daily.

To me as a senior in high school, I could already tell that he didn't know jack shyt about basketball operations. The fact that he's still in upper management is all you need to know about this fukking franchise.
