All of y'all with that flying under radar shyt....when you move to new positions within your company they did background checks on you again so don't give me that bullshyt. I know people personally who have lost their job because something happened after their initial hire that came up on background when going for another position. Stop coppin pleas. Show some integrity.

It’s possible background checks were done and they came up with nothing if his record was expunged. Background checks don’t always involve a Google search of the person’s name. Now it’s probably standard but it might not have been at the time of his last promotion.

Background checks aside, the people that work there that knew should have spoke up and it sounds like a lot of people failed to.
