Love Tomlin, but he deserves all the criticism in the world. He should've fully revamped the offensive staff in the offseason and for some reason did absolutely nothing, and it has fully fukked up their season. The Steelers failures this year are at his feet and if he got fired it would be completely reasonable.

I'm not remotely sure how anyone could argue otherwise either. Their future hinged on Pickett taking a leap as a QB, and he kept a bunch of incompetent morons on staff that, no matter how you feel about Pickett, completely failed that kid in helping him develop and in turn fukked their team. He wanted to keep Matt Canada when everyone in the world (except for him) knew it was a bad decision, so any consequences professionally he suffers for that action is completely justified.

Ben was notorious for not studying or offseason workouts. When he blew out his elbow I knew he was done, wouldn’t rehab it right, and was going to come back

I have not once seen anything or heard anything from any kind of reliable sources that stated the Rooney's overruled Tomlin on firing Canada so unless you can produce it I'm calling bullshyt on that statement
