You're right but remember they just signed Verajo to a big contract and they got Mosgov who is playing well. Love and Smith both of player options. I know that cap is going up but Cavs are better suited to spend the money elsewhere.

Unprotected but I think the Nuggets have the right to swap from the Carmelo deal. Not sure though.
