Casey will get outcoached in these playoffs you can bank on that one...All Wittman has to do is play pick and roll with Wall/Gortat/Nene against our starting center...that honestly should be the strategy all series long....We cant defend it,and we wont adjust to it if its killing us.

Lets talk about this,cuz i think its a bogus excuse used for him....and it doesnt even work because hes a very inconsistent offensive player.
Last night for example looked like about 70 other games ive seen him play this season where he cant dominate mediocre to less than average centers/defenders guarding him...He wasnt doing shyt in the post,he was getting pushed off his spot by Tyler fukkn Zeller of all people.

What does he do that warrants more touches ? He frequently gets pushed out of the box and instead of re setting and positiong,he just takes the ball outside the elbow and starts his series of pumpfakes further away from the basket usually ending up in a turnover or hideous shot attempt...

He hasnt done shyt to warrant getting the ball more...If he was more consistent and made better decisions he'd be able to play that card and so could his stan base as of right now he needs to just worry about rebounding and defense...

The idea he doesnt need to try because he isnt a 1st or 2nd option on this team is hilarious....He'd get less touches on better teams and on many of those western conference teams i dont even think he'd be starting...

Man you got me...a lot of valid points. I"m just trying to be positive and hope he can change since hes still 22.

None of our guards can keep Wall in front of him,our help D in the lane and in the paint is atrocious,we dont close out on drive and kicks.
We have ZERO size inside and we are terrible at rebounding our own goal....Drive and dish and use your size advantage inside...

I aint putting a single dime on us winning this series...

Well he is a 5th pick and gets a pass, he's been a bust so far

Hes not improved in year 3 and him and Ross being bad and at best inconsistent is why this team has been .500 since January and wont get out the 1st round again,we all knew we needed ross and JV to get better and progress and neither one has and id argue both have regressed this year...

i just hope masai is done playing stupid about this team and realizes like most educated fans know,that this right here is as far as this group is going to go as is and he needs to start tweaking things this summer to get to another level....This group at best is a 45-48 win team in a relatively weak east and at worst a 36-44 win team in a stronger conference,not a team built for playoff success,its too damn obvious right now...

Playoffs is a time this teams warts come to the surface at lightning speed...I get you hate Wittman but dont let that hate blind you into thinking Dwayne Casey has a coaching advantage here....

Far as the playoffs, we've got enough to win a round if the full team is there, warts and all. Masai will make changes in the summer. Gotta believe he'll try to get a serious upgrade to the frontcourt, whether that's Faried, Cousins, Monroe, Millsap or someone else.

I was thinking about this cuz im mad bored today at the job but i think Kyle Lowry overrall been worse this season than last season and yet last year he wasnt even an AS and this year he started in the game and you could very well argue he was all round better last season...

He's 7 feet tall and a career 43% shooter

He's a "3 point specialist" who is a career 35% shooter from 3.

His career playoff numbers are 8.9 pts, 2.8 rebs, .8 ast , 41% fg and 33 % from 3 in 26 mins a game



I wouldn't give him minutes over Greg Steimsma

I still want changes this off season,i do feel as tho this team is being evaluated right now and performance will dictate those changes...It stinks to not care about winning in the playoffs but the greater good here is at stake...THIS core isnt going to get much further than the 1st round...

Would you like to see this team fluke there way into the ECF and maybe the finals to see Casey receive a 3 year contract extension ?
