I dont get that at all...Tbh the whole idea of trying to match urself against teams in the 1st and second rounds to avoid certain teams is pussified behavior at its fullest....If you think you a good enough team to come out the east you shouldnt be trying to avoid anyone...

But they got Miami in the 2nd round,they could have had in hindsight a path to the ECF if they stayed in that 5 spot,coulda had Washington or Chicago and then Indy

Hol up if thats true then why before Chicago's win yesterday were we 3rd and they 4th with identical records ??? Whats the tiebreaker ? I thought it was head to head but it cant be....

We own the tiebreaker over Chicago because we lead our division and they don't. 4th without homecourt is the same thing as ending up 5th.

I had thought if we had a tie between us and chicago and chicago has the tie breaker, they would get 3rd and we would get 4th for winning the Atlantic division. LA and San Antonio have better records than portland but Portland is ranked higher because they are the top of the division.

YEa i already been said that,for some reason our division title gives us a tiebreaker over a team were 0-4 against head to head YET that same division banner isnt enough to possibly sink us to 5th if Washington finishes with a better record and we could finish below a team with a better record and no division title....Its fukkn retarded...

The first tie breaker should be head to head record and get rid of the pointless divisions,they obviously dont mean shyt when it comes to playoff seeding...
