You dumbasses are gonna learn after this years playoffs,this young core aint shyt and needs to be re tooled...I was stubborn last year but im open to the idea we need to make some big changes this off season if we gonna move from THIS to a real contender going forward...

and yes part of the reason were stuck in purgatory is this young core is overrated mostly because its just "young" and we think that means its going to improve to unattainable levels....How anyone be optimistic about it after having seen the massive regression of T Ross this season is fooling themselves....

Same mufukkas were excited after Charlie Villaneuva's rookie season...

atlanta, washington, miami, orlando, boston, philly, cleveland, chicago, milwaukee, boston, pacers, knicks

id take any of those teams and their core and future over the raptors

derozan and lowry THIS IS THE BEST THEY WILL EVER BE

and that will be the raptors backcourt for the forseeable future

atlanta younger better core
washington wall and beal, plus solid young pieces just need a better coach

miami with dragic, bosh when he recovers, whiteside whose already better than jonas

orlando with oladipo, fournier, payton, vucevic, tobias harris that light skin nikka whose injured another high draft pick coming in

boston - stocked with young talent and a bunch of picks

philly- a bunch of picks and young talent

Theres not alot to be positive about since the new year rolled over,alot of question marks and reasons for pessimism...thats from the players to the coach to the GM.....good young team ? Our 2 best players have stunk for a good min,Ross is now a 6th man how is that core promising right now ?

IM not a biased raptor fan...I post what im observing and theres a TON of question marks with this team right now and i have reservations about the GM now after he stood pat and did nothing...I dont believe in playing for 2016 right now,cuz nothing is guaranteed including those draft picks...


I dont know whats hard to comprehend,if we didnt lose to Charlotte missing Al Jeff,if we didnt lose twice to NO without Davis...if we didnt get blown out by Houston minus Dwight and if we didnt blow a 15 point lead in 15 mins to Dallas,if DeRozan wasnt looking worse than a 37 yr old KObe out there and if Lowry didnt look like a back up PG the last 2 months then i probably wouldnt have shyt to say about this team....

I cant take biased fans who pretend theres nothing wrong with this because were 37-20 seriously...theres alot wrong with this team.

They've also beat the clippers twice, beat Washington twice, beat the spurs, beat Milwaukee twice, beat Atlanta , and had like a 10 game winning streak.

They also have the 2nd best record against the rest of the east. So acting like the teams below us who perform worse against the same eastern conference that you guys argue is the only reason we have a good record, would easily beat us in the 1st round ( not necessarily you, I'm not sure if you feel that way but that was the point of the first post of mine you quoted) is retarded and lacks any logic.

The core is promising because they're young, have played well this year (outside of Ross) and no one is on a bad contract.

And you doubt Masai because he didn't make a bad trade at the deadline? Do you think giving up those assets (cap space, the Knicks/nuggets pick next year) for Wilson chandler or faried ( who is about to be overpaid when his contract extension kicks in, and who you guys would hate if he was on the Raptors. He's a good rebounder and exciting player but he's average to below average on O and D) would have made us a title contender? Because I sure as hell don't think it would and what's the point of making that deal then?
