I loved the win yesterday but you can't watch this team and actually believe they're going places. The offense is a joke, everyone has freedom and sometimes it works(like yesterday, Lou Will just jacking up shots when he feels like it) but when it matters like the playoffs and teams face you 4-7 times, you'll see what we're talking about. Not to mention, Raptors rank as one of the worst defensive teams in the league. Raptors desperately needed to make a move or 2 but Masai just sat on his ass. I called this team fools gold when people in here actually thought we were gonna beat the Nets and unfortunately, they give me the same fools good vibes. I do believe they make it to the 2nd round tho.

I don't think anyone really thinks they're going past the second round, but what's the point of just being a bitter troll all the time?

There's a difference between saying they're not a title contender and just coming in and posting whiney bullshyt no matter what happens.

I agree that they could have used some upgrades but I doubt they're was any move that could have made them a legit championship threat. Getting Wilson Chandler or Faried wouldn't have pushed them over the top and would have cost this years first plus the Knicks pick next year that is basically guaranteed to be a lottery pick next year plus our expiring contracts. Would've it really been worth it to give all that up for what I think we can all agree wasn't gonna get us a championship?

He got Faried in the 20s,so he's shown he can hit on late picks and I doubt he uses a top ten pick next year on someone no has ever heard of.

Last night's game was sloppy, but we still whupped that azz. 4 game winning streak, all against playoff teams. We can get Houston tonight too. The blowout helped spread out the minutes, no one played even 30 minutes last night.

I have no clue what the plan is to fix his game, because he's gotten way worse since going to the bench and I can't see them sticking him back in the starting lineup when he's being outplayed by every other wing in the rotation.

Lowe from Grantland was saying that they viewed him as a core piece earlier on in the season, I can't imagine they still feel the same way now. Maybe he gets moved as part of package in the off season?
